The Irvine Ranch Natural Land Trust - Preserving the Land of Tomorrow

The Irvine Ranch Conservancy was created in 2005 by Donald Bren, the Chairman of The Irvine Company, to protect and restore the immense land of The Irvine Ranch. This non-profit organization also provides opportunities for the public to enjoy the land while being mindful of the wildlife residing in the surrounding area.

The Irvine Ranch Conservancy conducts scientific research about the region in order to have a better understanding of how to enhance the environment and how to protect wildlife and visitors. There are also recreational and educational programs provided with the goal of educating volunteers, guides and visitors about the importance of our preservation efforts.

We're in this commitment of conservation forever. We hope that our future generations will be able to enjoy all the richness of this land as it is today, or better than it has ever been. We have outlined our core values which we live and work by daily:

  • Stewardship in Perpetuity
  • Innovation and Leadership
  • Broad Collaboration
  • Public Access and Enjoyment
  • Sustainability

The Irvine Ranch Conservancy is dedicated to nature so that the public can enjoy everything that the nature provides for generations to come.
